These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Badger & Co website. By accessing the site and placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. However dispatch times may vary during busy periods and may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure. 

Orders are sent via registered post and a signature will be required when you receive your package. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees which Badger and Co is not responsible for. Unfortunately we are unable to pre-determine these charges for you.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Badger & Co print. However, if you would like to organise a refund or exchange, please email us at orders@badgerandco.ie within 7 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a registered delivery service and in protective packaging as we cannot be responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot accept returns on customised prints or sale items.

All of our products are carefully checked and wrapped in protective packaging so that they should reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely instance that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll happily send you a replacement.

 

Cancellation policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact us at orders@badgerandco.ie

After dispatch our returns policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in our returns policy.

 

Conditions of sale

When placing an order, you undertake that all the details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods purchased.

 

Pricing

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our site. 

You will be billed in EUR, GBP, USA or CAD depending on your country of residence. However, international customers may be offered an exchange rate to your home currency at the point of sale. If you purchase from outside the Eurozone, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

 

Privacy

Our privacy policy is outlined on a separate page on this site. Please be aware that by using the site you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

 

Liability

Badger & Co works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors, viruses, or anything else that may have a harmful effect on any technology. We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the site but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site.
