How are the prints produced?

We use archival pigment inks on bespoke acid free paper to produce genuine giclee prints. The density of the ink creates colour of unsurpassed quality and vibrancy. All of our prints are designed and made to order in Dublin, Ireland. 

 

What about framing?

Our prints are designed to fit in standard sized, off the shelf frames. The frames in our photos are from Ikea. However, if you would like your print to last for many, many years we recommend having it framed professionally to avoid exposure to moisture. Framed prints should always be hung away from direct sunlight to avoid discolouration.

 

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery is via registered post so that items can be tracked. Estimated delivery times are as follows: 

Ireland: 1-2 working days
United Kingdom: 2-5 working days
European Union: 4-7 working days
Rest of the World: 8-11 working days

Please note that delivery cannot be guaranteed within these timeframes. If you require a product in a hurry, email us at orders@badgerandco.ie and we can arrange a courier for you at an additional charge.

 

Can I return or exchange my print?

We hope you love your Badger & Co print. However, if you would like to organise a refund or exchange, please email us at orders@badgerandco.ie within 7 days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us via a registered delivery service and in protective packaging as we cannot be responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot accept returns on customised prints or sale items. 

 

What if my print is faulty?

All of our products are carefully checked and wrapped in protective packaging so that they should reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely instance that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll happily send you a replacement.
